About Ben Owens

Ben Owens is a Hobby Grower based in Colorado who has spent 10+ years covering cannabis. He has been growing and making his own extracts since 2019, and began teaching first timers how to grow in 2023 with the launch of the GrowHort, an online cohort-based community for first time growers. Owens is also one of the authors of Clean Growing: Integrated Pest Management for Cannabis Growers.
