Customers may return items from an order within 14 days of an order being received by a Customer. If items in an order are received by Customer in a poor condition (seeds are damaged, etc.), then Customer must notify Happy Valley Genetics via website contact form within 24 hours of receiving the order. All items being returned from an order must be in the same condition as when the items were originally shipped to Customer, original packaging cannot be opened or damaged. All shipping and postage costs associated with returning items from an order are the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall provide Happy Valley Genetics with a tracking number for the items being returned. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed once the items being returned are received.
