Yes! All of the cannabis seeds sold by Happy Valley Genetics are lab tested under 0.3% THC and are sold as hemp. Additionally, our products are:

When it comes to storing cannabis seeds properly, it is important to keep seeds in a cool, dark, and dry place between the temperature of 41-46°F. Whenever possible, retain the seeds in their original packaging, especially if they are from Happy Valley Genetics, as these are designed to protect them until they’re needed for germination.
The PhenoHunter Mobile App was designed by Happy Valley Genetics to specifically address the need for digitally tracking pheno hunts – allowing growers to track, document, and review notes about every detail and feature during their plant’s life cycle.
Some features of the app include:
- Add THC and Terpene results to compare pheno hunts.
- Add key data points such as bench location, plant height, growth structure, internodal length, bud structure, and more.
- Select from smell and taste descriptors such as Gas, Earthy, Fruity, and more.
- Add comments and notes with as much detail as needed.
- Embed photos and create PDF reports that can be sent via email.

Happy Valley Genetics offers flat rate shipping that is based on the quantity of your cannabis seed order. For example, shipping is a flat rate of $10.40 for 8 items or $18.40 for 9+ items.
Happy Valley Genetics’ Return Policy is as follows:
- Customers may return items from an order within 14 days of an order being received by a Customer.
- If items in an order are received by the Customer in a poor condition (seeds are damaged, etc.), then the Customer must notify Happy Valley Genetics via our website contact form within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- All items being returned from an order must be in the same condition as when the items were originally shipped to Customer, original packaging cannot be opened or damaged.
- All shipping and postage costs associated with returning items from an order are the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall provide Happy Valley Genetics with a tracking number for the items being returned.
- Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed once the items being returned are received.
